Bio
Steve’s duties with the firm include initial client contact with injured victims involved in an accident to obtain basic information in a caring and respectful matter upon which the attorney consultation is scheduled.
Additional duties for Steve’s Prelitigation/Litigation Support are accident investigation which may include working with accident reconstruction experts and other engineering experts, obtaining witness statements, and collecting important evidence.
Steve will interface with technical experts required for litigation cases and perform deposition preparation support.
On a regular basis, Steve also checks on our client’s medical status and needs. Which is an extremely important practice of Pat Maloney: Accident & Injury Attorney.
Steve is a lifelong friend of Pat Maloney, Jr. He started in the firm in 1991 as a technical consultant, qualified by his architectural engineering degree in 1975 from the University of Texas at Austin. His work in the construction management/engineering field for over 25 years brings a great deal of experience and expertise on construction-related cases.
His role in the firm has grown through the years to include duties of client intake and pre-litigation/litigation support.
In addition to his work at Pat Maloney: Accident & Injury Attorney, Steve has served as President of the Board SAMMinistries – a homeless care organization.
